Meals On Wheels

To place an an order please call Cochrane FCSS at 403-851-2250 or email tracy.tilma@cochrane.ca. Each meal is well balanced and includes a starch, protein, and vegetable. Pre-ordered meals are picked up in Calgary by a Helping Hands volunteer and delivered to Cochrane FCSS every Tuesday.

• Place an order periodically to stock your freezer or request orders on a weekly basis
• Meals are $6.50 and Soup is $5.00
• Orders due every Tuesday at Noon and will be available the following Tuesday
• All orders must be paid in full prior to delivery or pick up
